With the world in crisis due to COVID-19, our team switched to 100% remote work. We are fortunate that our productivity has not been impacted so far, and we can continue to bring you exciting new features. Here’s an overview of everything that has been released this month.
The biggest news this month of course was the release of Focus, our Real-Time Video Chat module. You can now host live video sessions as part of virtual focus groups, in-depth (1-on-1) interviews (IDIs) and brainstorm sessions.
Sessions can be recorded and automatically transcribed in CMNTY Pulse for later analysis. During the beta period, Focus comes completely free of charge if you’re already using CMNTY Platform. Sign up for the demo here.
CMNTY Pulse: Questionnaire Analysis
Because CMNTY Pulse is now your central moderation & insights hub we have moved the questionnaire analysis from the admin into Pulse and improved the design while we were at it.
Other improvements to CMNTY Pulse:
- Sentiment analysis has been added to the Bookmark Export.
- Scheduled and Draft challenges are now filtered in WordCloud.
Coming Soon: HeatMap
An often requested feature is heat mapping functionality and we are finally releasing it next month. Heat mapping works great for new product concept testing and point-of-purchase goods where shelf placement, branding and packaging impact a buyer’s decision to consider a product. Using a heat map you can understand better where people are focusing their attention and in what order. Other applications include ads, flyers and text testing. Here’s a preview of what to expect:
By the time you read this, your platform has already been updated with Focus, the new Questionnaire Analysis and several CMNTY Pulse improvements. If you have any questions or suggestions, please reach out to our team here.
