At CMNTY we strive to offer you the best tools to get your research job done, especially during these tough times. This month’s update is once again packed with solutions to make your research life easier and get you insights faster.
This month we are introducing our long-awaited SPSS export. From Pulse, you can now create an SPSS export from any questionnaire which you’ve made. We’ve included all question types and all profile fields so that you can run your analysis from your favorite analysis suite.
In our last month’s update, we introduced a text option in our WhiteBoard solution. This month, we continued to expand our WhiteBoard solution with more options based on customer feedback. We’ve now introduced the option to upload an image, allowing people to draw on top of it. With different stroke sizes and colors, you can easily mark essential parts within such an image. We’ve also added the option to add multiple different shapes in different colors. Next year, we will continue to improve WhiteBoard and will be introducing an option soon to save the image for further analysis.
BETA: Moments in Focus
Almost all meetings conducted through our Focus module have recording turned on. Recordings help you to review your focus calls afterward. By introducing clipping, we allow you to mark important moments during your meeting. At the end of the session, you can easily retrieve these moments from our Pulse section and see and hear back the conversation. With the ability to download clips, you can quickly get parts of your recording back, ready to share with anyone you like, without needing to share the entire video.
In the upcoming months, we will continue to improve our Focus module by expanding and optimizing our WhiteBoard solution. We will also continue to improve how you can capture moments during your meeting and add the option to stitch those moments together. We will also be introducing options to connect third-party questionnaire tools with our TaskList to get a clear idea of your respondents’ progression.
