Notebook lets you structure assignments for collecting and analyzing member experiences. Community members can help you classify data by tagging their own and each others stories to contribute unique, valuable perspectives.
A note is a member’s submission to a Notebook. Within a note, members can highlight text and use tags to classify either their own content or each others’ content. Members can also add comments to notes to discuss things and provide feedback.
For example You can use Notebook to support professional development, map a customer journey, capture in home user tests or facilitate process development.
You can allow members to upload attachments such as images, videos and documents by following the steps below:
- Go to the Configure page at the top menu.
- Choose Notebook underneath the Modules section at the left menu.
- Click the ON/OFF button to allow or disallow members to upload attachments.
