Webshop orders are processed manually, so status labels remind the community manager which orders have already been processed and which ones are still awaiting processing.
Orders can also be sorted and/or filtered by status, allowing for a more convenient overview, especially when there are many orders. You can do this easily by following the steps below:
- Go to the Manage page at the top menu.
- Choose Webshop.
- Click the Filter status dropdown to filter orders by Processed and Not Processed.
