Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions can be used to inform your members about the rules and requirements of participation in your community. When Terms and Conditions are activated, users will have to accept them in order to complete registration.

Activate Terms and ConditionsYou can activate the Terms and Conditions in:

  1. Go to the Configure page at the top menu.
  2. Underneath General at the left menu, choose Platform Configuration.
  3. Click the ON/OFF switch to Activate or Deactivate the Terms & Conditions.

Change Terms and Conditions

You can change the title and text of the Terms and Conditions in:

  1. Go to the Configure page at the top menu.
  2. Underneath General at the left menu, choose Default Messages.
  3. Click the Terms & Conditions tab to change the text.

Add Terms and Conditions

You can also add the Terms and Conditions page to your menu (main navigation or footer menu), so members can view them at any time. To add the Terms and Conditions to one of your menu areas, go to:

  1. Go to the Configure page at the top menu.
  2. Underneath General at the left menu, Choose Menu Configuration.
  3. Click anywhere in the Footer section.
  4. At Type of page, choose Default Page and select Terms & Conditions at Item. Click Add.
