It powers the market research of Fortune 500 brands and leading MR agencies world wide. We partner with other leaders in the online research space to provide word class insights solutions to our clients.

CMNTY is searching a high-energy account executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Preferably you have experience in the market research industry.

Your Impact

As an account executive you are in charge of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing the deal and beyond. You provide after-sales support to keep meeting the customer’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
With extensive product knowledge and understanding of market research industry trends, you will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.

Successful account executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

Please note: This is more of a sales role (hunter) than an account manager's role (farmer). Ideally you're someone that loves being in constant contact with prospective clients. By phone, email and text. To gauge interest in our products and services. And to follow up on previous contact.

As an Account Executive you will

  • Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Make cold calls and reach out to prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Compile and analyze data to find trends.
  • Develop sales strategies and set quotas.
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintain a database of contact information.
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Handle complaints and negotiations.

What we ask from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Additional education or experience may be preferred.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of CMNTY offerings and industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
